I. The 30-Day Expedition Window

We offer a 30-day return window. However, unlike fashion retailers, "change of mind" returns for outdoor safety gear (ropes, carabiners, life-saving tech) are strictly monitored. If a safety seal is broken, the item is non-returnable to ensure the safety of the next adventurer.

II. Condition Categories

  • Pristine (100% Refund): Item is in original packaging with all tags, never taken outdoors.

  • Field-Tested (Store Credit Only): If the item shows minor signs of use but is fully functional, we may offer a partial store credit at our discretion.

  • Modified/Damaged (No Refund): Items modified by the user or damaged through "user-error" (e.g., melting a synthetic jacket near a campfire) are ineligible.

III. The RMA Process

Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be rejected at our warehouse. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is "Dead on Arrival" (DOA).
